Heartwoods has four principal support mechanisms including:-

Training – We provide a package of training and can offer subsidised training through the Woodworks programme (FMOC, Chainsaw Certification, etc).

Subsidised Advice -  Heartwoods Advisory services  include a network of private sector Foresters across the region who can help you to maximise the benefit of your woodlands.

Signposting / Grant Facilitation – The Heartwoods team can help stakeholders with information on grants, signposting and offer an excellent resource as a first point of contact for any Woodland and Forestry associated stakeholders.

Events – We have an events programme to support the Forest and Woodland industries in the West Midlands. Events are wide ranging from Woodland Walks to specific events such as assessing timber for added value markets.  For more information see our events section.
